Cosplay soutěž

PRAVIDLA:

Kostým:

  • Kostým musí být dělaný doma jeho nositelem. Počítá se i přešité nebo upravené oblečení z obchodu, ale stejně jako množství kupovaných částí kostýmu se toto odrazí na bodovém hodnocení soutěžícího.
  • Minimální věková hranice pro účast v soutěži je 15 let, soutěžící mladší osmnácti let se smí zúčastnit pouze se souhlasem zákonného zástupce – formulář ke stažení Zde
  • Soutěžící se nemůže účastnit s kostýmem, se kterým se již umístil mezi výherci jiné cosplay soutěže v ČR a na Slovensku.
  • Soutěžící se mohou účastnit soutěže jako jednotlivci, nebo ve skupině dvou až tří. Cosplaye skupin musí pocházet ze stejného zdroje (stejná hra, seriál, anime, atd.).
  • Nejsou povoleny vlastní smyšlené charaktery, nebo generické postavy (například trpaslík z WOWka).
  • Soutěžící se může zúčastnit s kostýmem neoficiálního designu postav (např. secesní verze Disney princezen, či polidštěné verze Pokémonů/zvířecích charakterů) ale musí mít vizuální předlohu v dostatečné kvalitě, aby mohla porota posoudit provedení.
  • Kostýmy nesmí budit pohoršení.
  • Zbraně na jevišti nesmí být "funkční" (např. airsoftky bez baterií, meče nesmí být ostré) a každý účastník je za ně zodpovědný. Při nevhodném chování si pořadatelé vyhrazují právo zbraně zabavit.
  • Soutěž nemá omezenou kapacitu, nicméně bude dvoukolová. V prvním kole budou soutěžící hodnoceni porotou. Do druhého kola (na jeviště před diváky) postoupí deset nejlepších.
  • Pokud bude přihlášených méně, postupují do druhého kola všichni.
  • Soutěžící jsou povinni dorazit na technickou zkoušku (datum a čas bude upřesněn v e-mailu, který soutěžící obdrží) a na první kolo. Pokud soutěžící nedorazí, bude diskvalifikován. Stejně tak jsou postupující soutěžící povinni zúčastnit se druhého kola.
  • Soutěžit se bude v ceně poroty a ceně diváků.
  • Délka vystoupení na jevišti může být maximálně 3 minuty dlouhá.
  • Vystoupení nesmí obsahovat žádné vulgární nebo sexuálně podbízivé chování. Soutěžící je povinen dodat veškeré potřebné materiály ke svému vystoupení do uzávěrky 23. října 2024 23:59 CEST.
  • Odesláním přihlašovacího formuláře soutěžící souhlasí s pravidly Cosplay soutěže a s použitím fotografií a videí v rámci propagace Akiconu.
  • Pokud dojde organizátor soutěže k důvodnému podezření, že došlo k podvodu, či byla porušena pravidla soutěže, bude účastník ze soutěže vyloučen.

Přihlášení do soutěže:

JEDNOTLIVCI:

  • Jednotlivci vyplňují formulář sami za sebe. V případě zájmu mohou mít v druhém kole před diváky pomocníky, nebo si domluvit pomoc od týmu cosplay soutěže.

SKUPINY:

  • Skupiny se přihlašují dohromady přes jeden přihlašovací formulář, kam uvedou jména, kontakty a cosplayované postavy VŠECH členů skupiny. Do prvního kola před porotou jdou týmy společně a jsou posuzováni jako celek.
  • Po vyplnění formuláře Vám dorazí potvrzovací email, přes který se dostanete kdykoliv k přihlašovacímu formuláři a nahrávání materiálů. Detaily ohledně průběhu obdržíte emailem jak se akce bude blížit.
  • Uzávěrka pro podání přihlášek je středa 23. října 2024 23:59 CEST.
  • Přihlášení na místě akce v pátek večer nebo sobotu ráno NENÍ MOŽNÉ.

Rules :

Costume :

  • The costume must be made at home by its wearer. Clothes originally bought from shops but later remade or restyled are also accepted, but the number of parts of the costume purchased will be reflected in the point evaluation of the contestant.
  • The minimum age limit for participation in the competition is 15 years. Contestants under 18 years of age can participate only with the written consent of the legal representative – form to download here.
  • Contestants are prohibited to participate with a costume with which they have already placed themselves among the winners of another cosplay competition in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Contestants can participate as individuals or in groups of two or three. Cosplay Groups must come from the same source (the same game, series, anime, etc.).
  • Cosplay competition do not allow original fictional characters, or generic characters (for example, a dwarf from WoW).
  • Contestant can participate with an unofficial character costume design (e.g. Disney princesses art nouveau versions or humanized versions of Pokémon/animal characters) but the competitor must have a sufficient quality visual/picture to allow the jury to assess the execution.
  • The costume must not cause any offence.
  • Weapons on the stage must not be "functional" (e.g. airsoft guns without batteries, swords should not be sharp) and each contestant is responsible for their weapons. In case of any inappropriate behavior, the organizers reserve the right to seize the weapons.
  • The competition is not capacity limited, but it will be consisting of two rounds. In the first round the contestant will be assessed by the jury. In the second round, the top ten will go on stage.
  • If case there are fewer contestants, everyone goes to the second round.
  • Contestants are required to arrive for the technical test (date and time will be specified in the email, which the contestant will receive) and take place in the first round. If the contestant does not arrive, they will be disqualified. Contestans who advance to the second round are obliged to participate in the second round.
  • The competition will include the jury prize and the audience prize.
  • The duration of the performance on stage can not exceed 3 minutes.
  • The performance must not contain any vulgar or sexually implying behavior. Competitors are obliged to deliver all necessary materials for their performance before the closing date of 23 October 2024 at 23:59 CEST.
  • By submitting the registration form, the contestant agrees to the rules of the Cosplay Competition and consent to the use of the photographs and videos for promotional purposes of Akicon.
  • If the organizer of the competition reasonably suspects that fraud has occurred or the rules of the competition have been violated, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Registration to the contest

Individuals :

  • Individuals fill in the form themselves. In case of interest they can have helpers in the second round in front of the spectators or they can ask for the cooperation from the cosplay competition team.

Groups :

  • Groups sign up together via a single registration form, where they fill in names, contacts and cosplay characters of all members of the group. The group goes in front of jury during the first round together and they are judged all together as one unit.
  • Upon completion of the form, you will receive a confirmation email, through which you can access registration form and place to upload materials at any time. Details about the process will be provided by email as the event is approaching.
  • The deadline for submission of applications is Wednesday 23 October 2024 23:59 CEST.
  • Registration druing Akicon event itself (Friday night or Saturday morning) is not possible
